Customer Service

Republic tries to provide a good service for a fair price at all of our locations.
Customer service in the parking industry is often defined as providing a parking experience that is a "non-event". No one comes to our parking facilities just to visit the facility. They are always coming to visit some other place. If we provide an easy to find parking space that is safe and easy to use and charge them a fair price, we have fulfilled our customer service obligations.

Oklahoma City Area

Republic manages all of the City (C.O.T.P.A.) owned parking garages in downtown; they are Broadway Kerr Garage, Santa Fe Garage, Century Center Garage, Cox Center Garage (f/k/a Myriad), City Center Garage (f/k/a Galleria), and Sheridan Walker Garage.  There is 24-hour access and security for all of these facilities.  Republic also manages Bricktown Parking Garage in Bricktown OKC, Memorial and American Motor Hotel Garages in downtown, plus several locations at O.U. Medical Center located northeast of downtown.
